Details
New product of E-Cell EDI MK-9 stack just launch recently.
With stack design enhancements, we are now launching MK-9 with expanded flow range to replace the MK-7 model, which will be discontinued from Feb 1st, 2025 onward (last order accepted Jan 31st, 2025). The application and market for MK-9 remain unchanged from MK-7, the same high performance and reliability can be expected with the added benefit of a broader water flow range to suit more versatile operational needs.
Features
As part of the E-Cell electrodeionization product line, the E-Cell MK-9 Stack is designed to:
- Use electrical current to provide ultrapure water for power generation, solar panel production, green hydrogen generation and many other heavy industries.
- Deliver premium performance including both the highest levels of product water quality and the lowest energy consumption.
- Minimize cleaning requirements at higher feed water hardness levels using counter-current operation.
- Be leak free, guaranteed with standard 3-year prorated warranty.
- Operate continuously and require no caustic or acid for regeneration of ion exchange resin within the stack.
- Require no brine injection or concentrate recirculation.
Typical Applications
The product water from the E-Cell MK-9 can be relied upon to meet today’s most demanding ultrapure water applications including:- Demineralized boiler feed water for high pressure boilers found in power plants and other heavy industrial sites
- Ultrapure water for rinsing of solar panels and other microelectronics
- Ultrapure water for electrolyzer green hydrogen generation
